We are impatient beings, we human beings are. It is so uncomfortable being uncomfortable. What if we welcomed the negative emotions that come on a daily basis. Those negative experiences make the good experiences even better. It is when we are feeling discomfort that we go to work to solve some of our most important decisions. It is in the midst of hard things that we grow strong and resilient . Even learning to manage our thoughts to feel the feelings we want to feel can cause us to feel some negative emotions.
